How brand teams in Bangkok separate polite taps from comments that signal real purchase intent.
Likes are easy to collect and easy to misread. For brand accounts serving Thai audiences, a burst of reactions after a celebrity mention can look healthy while comments stay thin and sales enquiries stay flat.
Start by splitting reactions into three buckets: low-effort taps, saved or shared posts, and comments that name a product, store, or question. The third bucket is where brand teams usually find the signal worth briefing leadership on.
When we build monthly insight reports, we weight comment quality and save rates more heavily than raw reaction totals. That shift often changes which content themes rise to the top of the priority list.
If your team only has time for one habit this quarter, annotate five high-performing posts with the type of response they earned. Patterns appear faster than another dashboard export.
