Refund and cancellation policy

Scope

This policy applies to paid insight reporting commissions with Think Latticebase Co., Ltd., including monthly brand insight reports, campaign performance audits, competitive listening briefs, and executive insight presentations. It does not cover third-party agency fees or media spend.

Eligibility and timeframe

Refund requests must be emailed to info@think-latticebase.click within 14 days of the invoice payment date or before the stated delivery milestone — whichever comes first — and must include the invoice number and reason.

Full refunds

A full refund is available if we cancel a commission before work begins, or if you cancel in writing before the kick-off meeting and before any channel materials have been processed.

Partial refunds

If work has started — including data collection, chart construction, or draft writing — a partial refund may apply equal to the unused portion of the fee after deducting hours already performed at the rates in your engagement letter. Completed deliverables already issued are non-refundable.

Non-refundable items

Deposits securing a start date, completed monthly report cycles already delivered, and rush premiums for shortened timelines are non-refundable once work for that cycle has begun.

Monthly retainers

Monthly Brand Insight Report retainers renew on the agreed cycle. Cancel with at least 15 days’ written notice before the next cycle start to avoid the following month’s fee. The current cycle already in progress remains payable.

Rescheduling and no-shows

Briefing calls may be rescheduled once with 24 hours’ notice at no charge. Missed calls without notice are not refunded; a replacement slot is offered subject to analyst availability within 10 business days.

Work already started and materials

When analysis has begun, you remain responsible for fees covering completed stages. Purchased third-party data extracts ordered specifically for your brief are billed at cost and are non-refundable once procured.

Refund process and timing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of written approval. Bank transfer refunds inside Thailand usually clear faster; international transfers may take longer depending on your bank.
